However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a simple exchange policy for your peace of mind.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges are applicable only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at globalwoodtrades@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or exchange at the earliest.
Please Note
We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged.
